DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes, I ship to every country. The postage prices for international shipping tend to change frequently so the prices may go up every so often.
I try to keep shipping prices as low as I possibly can but international shipping can get every expensive and I need to be able to cover the costs, which is why I offer both standard and tracked, so that there is a cheaper option for those who do not need their order tracked.
PLEASE NOTE: you will NOT receive a tracking number unless you purchase tracked shipping.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?
If you are based within the EU, there is a chance you will have to pay extra customs fees or charges once your order reaches your country.
This is due to changes that came into place because of Brexit. It is the customers' responsibility to pay these charges as once the item has left the UK, it is out of my control unfortunately.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR PRINTS?
My prints come in standard international paper sizes, the measurements are as follows:
A6 (postcards) - 148mm x 105mm
A5 - 210mm x 148mm
A4 - 297mm x 210mm
A3 - 420mm x 297mm
CAN I GET YOUR PRINTS IN OTHER SIZES?
Yes. If you want a print in a custom size or a size that I don’t offer in my shop, send me a message and I can try to arrange it for you.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
From the time of ordering it will take 2-5 days to be dispatched, I aim to get orders out as quickly as I can but this is not always possible so sometimes it may take a little longer.
Standard UK shipping times should take 2-4 business days to arrive.
International shipping will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
Please note that I cannot guarantee any arrival dates as there are lots of delays within postal services worldwide currently.
The maximum time orders within the UK will take to arrive is 2 weeks. If your order doesn’t arrive within this time frame, send me a message and I can resolve the issue for you.
The maximum time orders outside of the UK will take to arrive is 6-8 weeks. This is most often due to delays with postal services and customs. If your order doesn’t arrive within this time frame, send me a message and I can resolve the issue for you.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All orders are sent either UK second class standard to international standard. Due to ongoing delays due to COVID and understaffing, some orders may take slightly longer to arrive. For estimated shipping times see shipping information on the product pages.
You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped, and if you have purchased tracked shipping, you will be able to see where it is once its in transit.
If you have any issues or questions regarding shipping and your orders, send me a message or email and I will try to resolve the issue as best I can.
WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Tracking numbers are only available if you purchased tracked shipping when you placed your order. The standard shipping option does not have tracking. This is the case for both international and UK shipping.
CAN YOU WRITE A GIFT MESSAGE IN MY ORDER?
Of course! Just write the message in the order notes when you place your order and I will hand write a note to pop in the order for you.
I can also write messages in greetings cards or on postcards if you want them sent straight to the recipient.
WHEN WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING _________?
I try to restock my shop as often as I can. Products like postcards often sell out quickly and I always try to restock them as soon as possible once this happens, usually within a week or two.
The larger prints and greetings cards are made to order so they will always be in stock.
