I ship everywhere except for Northern Ireland and countries in the EU. This is due to shipping regulations. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

From the time of ordering it will take 5-7 days for your order to be processed. Sometimes your order may dispatch sooner but if you need something sooner, please email me and I will try and get it out faster if possible.

Shipping times are added on top of the dispatch times.

Standard UK shipping times should take 2-4 business days to arrive.

Please note that I cannot guarantee any arrival dates as there are lots of delays within postal services worldwide currently.

The maximum time orders within the UK will take to arrive is 2 weeks. Orders outside of the UK will take a maximum of 6-8 weeks to arrive. This is most often due to delays with postal services and customs. If your order doesn’t arrive within this time frame, send me a message and I can resolve the issue for you.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Tracking numbers are only available if you purchased tracked shipping when you placed your order. The standard shipping option does not have tracking. This is the case for both international and UK shipping.

Yes. If you want a print in a custom size or a size that I don’t offer in my shop, send me a message and I can try to arrange it for you. 

I try to restock my shop as often as I can. Some of my products are made and printed in-house so they are always in stock, but others are outsourced so it's harder to restock them frequently.

The best way to find out when I’ll be restocking is to keep an eye on my instagram stories at @tillierosestudio, as I will post about restocks on there!
