All orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. This does not include Saturdays and Sundays.
You will receive a dispatch email once your order has shipped.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. If you need something sooner, please contact me and I can try to get your order sent as soon as I can. Tracked shipping is also an option but you need to select this at the checkout.
Standard shipping does not come with a tracking number.
Delivery costs will be shown at the checkout.
Delivery is free on all UK orders over £10.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. There is no tracking number provided with standard international shipping but there is an option to upgrade to International Tracked. Delivery costs are shown at the checkout and will be calculated by the weight of your order.
Shipping to Northern Ireland and the EU is not possible at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Please note: any additional charges or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the order has left the UK, any fees or charges that occur once the items reach their destination is completely out of my control.
