When? 

Friday 24th July, 4.45pm - 6.30pm

Saturday 25th July, 2.30pm - 4.15pm

Where? Stationery Fest at the Edge, Wigan

Come and hang out at Stationery Fest and spend a couple of hours junk journaling in between shopping the best line up of stationery small businesses! All you need to bring is your journal or scrapbook and yourself, I will provide glue, scissors, pens, and all the journaling supplies you could need, but feel free to bring anything else you want with you too! Everyone will also receive a mini goodie bag with a few bits in it for you to use - including some exclusive Stationery Fest goodies too!

There will be two sessions over the course of the event, one on Friday and one on Saturday. Please make sure you are choosing the right session when booking. The workshops will run for approximately 1hr45mins.

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST have a valid Stationery Fest / Planner Fest / Journal Fest ticket to book this workshop, this will allow access to the event before the workshop starts so you can browse the stalls and then make your way to the workshop.

There will be photographers and videographers at the event so photos and videos may be taken throughout the event that may be used for future marketing purposes.

I will send out an email in the days running up to the workshop with all the info you need about how to get there and everything important you need to know on the day - please double check your spam folder if it's not in your inbox or email me at hello@tillierosestudio.com if you haven't received anything.

Please note: Refunds for tickets will only be issued if your ticket can be resold before the event.

Shipping & Returns

All orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. This does not include Saturdays and Sundays. Shipping time is added on top of this.

You will receive a dispatch email once your order has shipped.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. If you need something sooner, please contact me and I can try to get your order sent as soon as I can. Tracked shipping is also an option but you need to select this at the checkout.

Standard shipping does not come with a tracking number.

Delivery costs will be shown at the checkout.

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £25.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. There is no tracking number provided with standard international shipping but there is an option to upgrade to International Tracked. Delivery costs are shown at the checkout and will be calculated by the weight of your order.

Shipping to Northern Ireland and the EU is not possible at this time. It is not possible to turn off shipping to Northern Ireland so if your order goes through, unfortunately it will have to be cancelled. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Please note: any additional charges or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the order has left the UK, any fees or charges that occur once the items reach their destination is completely out of my control. If you have any queries or concerns about this, please do not hesitate to contact me or see my FAQ for more information.

Returns

I do hope that you don't have any issues with your items once they arrive, but should there be a problem, please contact me and I will do what I can to resolve the situation.
